Plan of Action: Building my repertoire of teaching competencies

In this post I want to share my own plan of action when I become a teacher. As a future teacher, I should be devoted and passionate enough to my chosen career that I   may touch and have a significant effect to the lives of learners, nurture and help them to the best way I can. I should be able to know the kind of learners that I have to enrich their given talents and intelligencies. To be an effective teacher,  I should manifest positive virtues and attitude, and transform them to productive individuals.
In my classroom or the physical environment I will arrange the chairs, tables and cabinet properly and safe to students. If the tables or chairs need a repair I will ask for the help to become durable and safe for my students..Renovate or repaint walls, ceiling etc.My Bulletin Board Display I will make it colorful and attractive, lively and at same time informational. In my classroom routines I will provides announcements for the student' s guidance and also provides purposeful guidelines to set direction  for our student's or learners. Moreover,  I will also start the day with a prayer,  songs,  checking of attendance,  do exercises,  review past lessons,  and do some motivations.
In relationship with my students I will involve their parents:Teacher-Parent partnership. To fully achieve the goal of producing lifelong learners,  I will ask or work hand in hand with parents. I will involve them in educating their children. In addition: classroom instruction,   I will be realistic and effectively teach the lessons and adjust my styles of teaching suited to the needs of my learners.  I must involve them in teaching learning process to thoroughly grasp the concepts to be learn. I must continue to innovate my teaching styles to motivate children to stay focus with the lessons.
